Delivery and Returns


We only deliver to the UK. Order placed outside of the UK, or for delivery outside the UK may be declined and refunded. Delivery terms are stated when you buy products from our shop. For orders received before 4:00PM UK time, we strive to send those orders on the next working day. For cards, posters and other stationery items, we usually send these order by First Class UK Post. For more expensive items, we will usually use First Class UK Post requiring your signature, or via a courier service that will usually require your signature. You may have your items delivered to either your billing address or to a different address that you give us at the time of checkout.

Delivery charges

Our charges vary by product and order. We hate hidden or obscured delivery charges, so we allow you to calculate the delivery charge on any order before you commit to the purchase or before giving us any personal details (except some basic delivery information like Postcode). You are free to cancel your basket if the charges are not what you expect – although we would appreciate it if you would let us know if you think we are uncompetitive.


We strive to be open, honest and fair. If you feel the product is not what you wanted or expected or is damaged etc, then we will refund your purchase cost in full. For larger items, we do require these to be returned in their original packaging and unused. For smaller items, we may require evidence of destruction such as an email photo clearly showing our card torn in two. We will advise what we need at that time. We will only accept returns that we have agreed in advance.
